A new multiple story, custom home design was developed in a rustic mountain home style was developed for a sloped hill property in Park City, Utah. On the west side of Park City, Utah our clients had a property that was located at the based of the Olympic Ski Jump Park. The new 4350 square foot, multiple story rustic mountain home style was developed for a sloped hill property.
The property was overlooking a white birch tree forest. Our new rustic mountain home design was designed with the valley views of Park City in mind by Myles Nelson McKenzie Design.
Features For A Home Design-Rustic Mountain Home Style
On the main floor level of this rustic mountain home, their is the two car garage with allocated space for a guest suite above it. Also, a large chef style kitchen, breakfast nook and formal dining room are located near the garage and mud room. A large family room and living room with 2-way large wood fireplace is adjacent to the main entry. The laundry room and the large master suite is also on the main floor level.
Second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths and allocated space for future second laundry room. The residence also has two staircases from the main floor to the second floor. One at each end of the house.
