Custom Prefab Modular Design-Residential Duplex-Van Ness Santa Ana California

Custom prefab modular design was developed for the construction of a new residential duplex in the city of Santa Ana, California. The project was designed by Myles Nelson McKenzie Design in Newport Beach.

We are very happy to develop another residential duplex design with the prefabricated modular builders at Hallmark-Southwest Corp. A modular home company that builds their modular home sections on their property site in Loma Linda California.

The custom prefab modular duplex design has two very spacious inhabitable units. Also, they are both, two stories. Unit A is 1845 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Unit B is 1292 square feet and also has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Both units have interior laundry rooms with an attached 2 car garages.

Unique exterior panel system for this custom prefab modular design.

At Myles Nelson McKenzie Design, we specified a fiber cement architectural panel system from Allura for our exterior finish and design. These sleek fiber cement panel system with their aluminum EasyTrim Reveals allowed for us to create a contemporary design.

Allura’s Fiber Cement panel system is an NGBS (National Green Building Standard) product which our clients really liked. The exterior wall panel system is also sustainable and is a very durable system. Allura’s Fiber Cement panel systems are virtually maintenance-free. They are ideal for our custom prefab designed residential duplex.
