On the Boards-Floor Plans
The new home design has three bedrooms and four one and a half baths. A large open living space that consists of an open chef-style kitchen, a nook space, and the great room space has a large 15-foot door assembly that looks out to the open and screened-in porch.
The new residence will have a studio suite above the two and one-half garage.
On the Boards-Elevations
For the exterior design of the new custom home, we have designed a modern Lowcountry home design with elements from the Gothic Revival home style. The exterior material for the residence will be stucco. It has a clean modern look. We have added very little trim, but there is an attached trellis over the two-car garage door.
