We have enjoyed creating a unique sprawling Lowcountry estate home design for our clients in Hollywood, South Carolina.
This large home design has a total livable space of 6903 sf. The first-floor plan is a spacious 3433 sf. It has a large wrap-around rear porch. An enclosed screened section of the rear/left side of the home wraps around the kitchen and nook. Additionally, the dining room is adjacent to the front and left side porch.
The Great room and its elegant fireplace are the focal points as you come thru the main front entry. Off to the right of the great room is the glass-enclosed wine storage room.
As you proceed down the front hall, you come to the large study and the master suite. A large laundry room, half bath, and secondary staircase are in this area. From this area, you can also proceed to go into the large 4 car garage.
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms with their own full baths and walk-in closets. Additionally, there is a large media room between the bedrooms. 1144 sf of the second floor is an additional open bonus room space that is situated above the garage.
