At Myles Nelson McKenzie Design, we enjoyed developing this custom Mediterranean home design and then creating the construction plans for this elegant four Bedroom, three-level custom hillside Mediterranean home design. The property is located in Sea Pointe Estates, San Clemente, California.
We had some unique property conditions for this custom home design. The custom home is situated on a very steep slope hillside property. The size of the custom home is 4768 square feet.
On the lowest floor level, there is a very large open lanai that is accessible to a rear yard saltwater pool and sun patio. There are also additional open patios on each additional floor, all with facing views of the Pacific Ocean.
The main floor level has of this multi-level custom home has a three-car garage with a large motor court. Inside the custom home design, there is an elegant front entry and hall, which is open to the upper floor. Also a formal living room and dining room. A study, a Chef’s kitchen that is open to the family room will spectacular valley views of San Clemente.
On the upper floor, which is at the level of the street, there is a large game room. Also, the master bedroom suite and three additional bedrooms with each having its own attached bathroom are located on this floor level.
