A new modern mountain home design for our clients in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This hillside vacation property, it has great views to Kid Island Bay.
From our design board, this custom home design for the Coeur d’Alene property has an open spacious main floor plan. The high sloped vaulted space creates the ability to capture the spectacular views using eight foot tall windows, starting at the main floor level.
Located at the front of this vacation mountain residence, is a large sitting area with a tall large built fireplace. It is oriented to the spectacular views of Kid Island Bay.
Adjacent to the sitting area is a chef style kitchen. it is where everyone will want to hang out! Visiting together and enjoy the views. The open dining area is also adjacent to the open living area. Also, both the master suite and living space opens to a large full building width rear open deck.
On the ground level, we specified radiant floor heating system. A large open entry hall that opens up vertically to a thirty one foot high ceiling. Additionally, on the ground floor there is two full size bedrooms and three full size baths and a large game room. All of the bedrooms have large walk-in closets as well.
