New home design for within the community of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island by Myles Nelson McKenzie Design in Bluffton South Carolina. The new home design is for a property near the 14th tee box of Harbour Town Golf Links. Which is famed for hosting of the RBC Heritage, an annual spring PGA tournament
A few of the Sea Pines Home Design Features
Our raised custom home design is designed for the Lowcountry lifestyle. The home design was developed as a four-bedroom and four-one-half bath residence.
A large Chef style kitchen is located on the main floor level. The open kitchen has interior views to the dining area and the great room. Additionally, it has rear property views to the pool area and the golf course
We incorporated into the main floor design, a spacious four-unit laundry room, a home office, auxiliary bedrooms, and the master suite. A spacious screened-in covered porch is located on the rear side of the residence. It is overlooking the 14th tee box of the Harbour Town Golf Links golf course.
On the upper second floor, we have developed a large media room. A game room and the fourth bedroom and bath are located there as well.
We would enjoy designing and developing new construction plans for your new Lowcountry home that will suit your living lifestyle of your family.
