Spanish Colonial 2 Story Custom Home

Our clients in Paso Robles California wanted a new home for their family. We suggested for a elegant home style, a Spanish Colonial custom home.

At Myles Nelson McKenzie Design in Newport Beach, we simply think that the classical early Spanish Colonial architectural style is so appropriate for the southern California lifestyle.

In the early nineties, Myles McKenzie had the privileged to studied Mr. Wallace Neff’s hand drawn construction plans in Pasadena. Mr. Neff, with the influence of the Spanish colonial architecture that he studied in Spain was considered one of couple architects for developing the Spanish Colonial architectural style in California. A style of home that was then referred to as the “California” style.
