Tiny House, Vacation Home Design-02 400 SF

Recently, at Myles Nelson McKenzie Design, the request for vacation home design has grown significantly. The growth and movement of the tiny house has mushroom as well over the years. Which can be a great alternative structural for a vacation property.

Our clients wanted a tiny house that was economical and easy to build for their new vacation home. So our design was developed with their lake front property views in mind.

Some of our vacation home design features are;

This vacation residence for their particular property has 400 square feet of livable area. The main small house design has a large front porch off of the single large living area. Which also has a large kitchenette area. The bedroom has a closet and full open bath. A ladder staircase gives you access to the loft for the additional sleeping area. The loft that is over the bedroom area below, has 176 square feet of additional space.
