The above images are our concept design for this custom home design on Hilton Head Island. The project location has direct access to the Atlantic beachfront dunes. The total size of this residence is 4649 square feet. Additionally, there are 585 square feet of open deck space for both main living levels that have full ocean views.
Features For The Custom Home…
The residence has 5 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths. A full open chef-style kitchen is adjacent to the dining and the great room. All of which are oriented to spectacular ocean beach views. The residence’s main street level garage has space for 4 cars with large additional space for storage. Additionally, we also incorporated a private 3 level elevator. It starts at the garage floor level and goes up to the top 3rd-floor level.
The project was built by Hilton Head’s long-time home builder, Cambridge Builders.
