Small Home Design Features
At the front of the residence, there’s a dual staircase leading to a full-width outdoor deck. Providing ample space for outdoor living. The main entrance features double doors that open into a hallway. Turning left from the entrance leads to the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.
As the residence expands, this bathroom area will become the main corridor for future bedrooms and additional rooms. Consequently, these new room spaces will be located behind the bedroom and the great room.
Upon entering the house, turning right from the main entry guides you to the great room, which boasts a high vaulted ceiling that creates a spacious feeling. Facing the front deck, there’s a large 16-foot roll-up door system. The home design seamlessly merges the great room and outdoor deck, enabling them to be used as a single space during warm summer months. An open kitchen overlooking the great room completes the layout.
