Floor Plans
The main floor of the grain bin structure is elevated. As you step onto the welcoming front covered porch and into the spacious main entry hall. In the winter months, you’ll find it convenient to remove your heavy winter clothing before moving further inside. As you step into the main Grain Bin structure, which spans 48 feet in diameter, you’re instantly welcomed by a sense of impressive grandeur.
This entry hall seamlessly guides visitors into the home’s exquisite two-story space. Where abundant sunlight filters through large windows, accentuating the charming architectural details.
From this vantage point, one can observe the expansive great room to the right. Distinguished by a magnificent fireplace that serves as the focal point in the high open space, thereby establishing a warm and welcoming environment. Adjacent to this space is the refined dining area, ideally suited for hosting family gatherings or formal dinner parties.
Behind the large spiral entry staircase lies the custom radius kitchen, designed with functionality in mind. This kitchen boasts a substantial radius island that comfortably seats seven people. Making it an ideal spot for casual meals or socializing. The island overlooks the vaulted family room, seamlessly blending the two areas and enabling effortless interaction. From the family room, you can access the spacious open patio.

The residence’s secondary grain bin is a 30-foot-diameter structure. It houses a one-and-a-half-story space for the master bedroom suite. Which features a large fireplace as a focal point, along with a spacious closet and bathroom suite. The master bath features a large double-sink vanity. Its main highlights are a double-sided entry shower and a soaking tub.
