Floor Plan Features
The floor plan of our two-story split-level modern home consists of a lateral building design plan. On the first floor, you enter through the main two-story entry. To the left, you take a few steps up to the ample, excellent room space. This space’s front beveled recessed wall has a large floor-to-ceiling glass wall. Facing the rear of the property is a sizeable openable accordion door system that leads out to a large view deck with glass rails.
The first floor also has a powder room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. Towards the front of the first floor is a third bedroom suite. This custom home design also has an oversized three-car garage.
The second-floor plan for this Rancho Palo Verdes property consists of a large master bedroom suite with an enclosed glass view deck. The second bedroom suite is also located towards the front of the house.
The first floor with the split-level custom-designed home is 3615 square feet, and the second floor is 1515 square feet, for a total of 5130 square feet.
Exterior Features
