This particular home design reflects the unique preferences of its owners. As a result, we developed a design that features spacious rooms and high ceilings. For instance, the ceiling height of the great room and entry hall is 16 feet, while the auxiliary rooms have ceiling heights of 12 and 14 feet.
The owner’s sense of style is reflected in the design. They wanted to maintain the indoor-outdoor feel throughout the main floor living areas. We incorporated sizable bi-folding door systems from NanaWall into the room designs to achieve this. Guests will experience a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors as they enter through the impressive glass-surrounded front entry and hall.
This is a two-level, custom-designed residence. The main floor features an entry, an entry hall, a great room, a kitchen, and a dining area. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths. A large game room and a wine cellar with two more bedrooms and baths are on the lower level. The main floor has a total square footage of 4392 square feet, while the lower level is 1242 square feet. Each garage is 625 square feet in size.
