The architectural concept takes full advantage of the property’s prime location, with large windows and open living spaces inviting the outdoors. The design aims to maximize natural light and create a sense of connection to the surrounding beauty of the beach and dunes.
The above images are our concept design for this custom home on Hilton Head Island. The project location has direct access to the Atlantic beachfront dunes. This residence is 4649 square feet in total. Additionally, 585 square feet of open deck space on both main living levels have full ocean views.

The interior design of this vacation home is carefully curated to provide comfort and style. High-quality materials and finishes are used throughout, creating a timeless and luxurious ambiance. The layout is designed to accommodate gatherings with family and friends while offering intimate spaces for relaxation and tranquility.
The residence’s main street-level garage has space for four cars and a large additional storage space. We also incorporated a private 3-level elevator, starting at the garage floor and going up to the top third-floor level.
From the spacious living areas and gourmet kitchen to the well-appointed bedrooms and inviting outdoor spaces, this vacation home design offers the perfect retreat for those seeking a beachfront paradise. The residence has seven bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths. A fully open chef-style kitchen is adjacent to the dining and great rooms, all of which are oriented to spectacular ocean beach views. The master suite features a private balcony, offering a serene escape with stunning panoramic vistas. Additionally, the home includes a state-of-the-art home theater and a game room. Outside, the expansive deck and infinity pool provide an ideal space for relaxation and entertaining, with direct access to the sandy shores below.
