Another new Lowcountry estate home design from Myles Nelson McKenzie Design for the community of Riverbend in Bluffton, South Carolina.
The custom residence was also designed as a three-bedroom, in-law suite and four-bath residence with a large chef-style kitchen, great room, and media/family room space. For additional access between floors of the residence, it also has wheelchair friendly home elevator. Two unique exterior elements of the residence are the two front large circular bay windows. One is off of the formal dining room and the other is off the master bedroom suite.
At the rear of the residence, there is a spa room with a view of the lagoon. Also, there is a large rear screened-in porch, with space for an outdoor kitchen. Off the rear screen-in porch, there is a walkway to a free-standing gazebo. Over the large three-car garage, there is a large game room and storage space.
Concept Home Design
The conditioned space of the residence is 6879 square feet. With 323 square feet of storage space and the garage space is 1072 square feet.
