This custom home design has a large self-contained guest suite that can be used for guests or as an in-law suite. The size of the main residence is 2342 square feet. It has two bedrooms and two baths with a large chef style kitchen and great room. Additionally, on the main residence side of the custom home design, there is a three-car garage with an additional golf cart space and separate entrance.
The custom residence was also designed so that the whole residence could be used as a four-bedroom, four-bath residence with a large chef style kitchen, great room, and media room space. The residence would then have a five-car garage.
On the left side of this custom home is the guest suite, which has two bedrooms and two baths. Additionally, it has a smaller kitchen with a large living space. The size of the guest suite is 1235 square feet. The guest suite also has its own two-car garage.
