Terry has been our dedicated project coordinator for over 15 years, creating detailed plans to ensure all project aspects comply with community building codes and meet our clients’ specific plan requirements. He oversees plan development, clients’ design stage through to the construction document plans approved for permitting.

John M. P.E. – Structural/Forensic Engineering
As our project structural engineer for East Coast projects, spanning Maine to Florida. He brings extensive structural engineering experience that greatly enhances the quality and safety of these ambitious projects. His deep understanding of regional building codes, along with his proficiency in innovative design techniques. This allows him to address the unique challenges posed by varying weather conditions and geographical features found along the coast.
With over two decades of hands-on experience in this field, John is adept at coordinating with architects and other engineers, ensuring that all structural components are not only aesthetically pleasing but also resilient against storms and environmental factors typical in coastal areas.
